Return Policy

At Lakeside Woodworking we take pride in crafting custom and engraved products made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of these items, we have a specific return policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

Custom & Engraved Items

  • All engraved and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a mistake caused by us (e.g., incorrect engraving, wrong item).

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before submitting your order. We engrave exactly as specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact info] with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  2. If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Custom Items

  • Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders for engraved or custom items can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in production and cannot be changed or refunded.
